Exodus: Leadership
Leadership can be exhausting when we carry the weight alone. In Exodus 17 and 18, we see two powerful moments in Moses’ life that teach us about leadership—both the strength it requires and the support it needs.
Exodus 17:8-18-27
Nine Leadership Characteristics
1. Prepare for battle
2. Don’t fight alone
3. Everyone has a role
4. The battle belongs to the Lord
5. God gets the credit
6. When God is glorified, people are saved
7. Know your limits
8. Humbly receive correction
9. Know your role, delegate the rest
